Uturn 3: The Dark Side of the Beat is the next level in the series which has already featured some of the most creative electro artists carving out epic electronica. Blank hits with their third release in just six short months to give us hard techno with no compromises, remixes of their best tracks, and new material for hungry DJs. Moonitor (Sebastian Komor from Icon of Coil) takes club techno for a spin while adding elements of groovy chill-out, backroom beats, and delicious female samples. About the Uturn Series:
Artoffact Records presents the Uturn Series, a collection of releases in slimline cases dedicated to injecting club oriented dance music into the electro scene. Each release will be a collaboration between two artists, one on the Artoffact label and one from one of our partners. Together, our collective goal is to produce quality releases aimed at DJ culture and geared towards electro music built on techno and trance sound structures. The aim is to move the body and offer an alternative in
the electronic mix.
